Online Ordering
After selecting the products you'd like to order, you'll be prompted to choose a distributor before you check out. Once you submit your order, relevant details will be passed to your selected distributor, including online discounts. Your distributor will process your order and bill you independently. For your convenience, please feel fee to contact A. Titan if you have any questions about your order status.

Instruments sent in for repair can usually be restored to a serviceable condition. This service is provided for all A.Titan products, whenever possible. 

RAD'S- There will be a cost to have these repaired.

Scalers & Curettes- These have a retipping and resharpen fee.

A. Titan will happily accept returns on non-sterilized or used instruments upon request using the online link provided below. Returns for unwanted products shipped from our warehouse may be subject to an evaluation to verify they have not been sterilized or used before a refund is issued, provided the return request is made within 30 days of shipment.   After 30 days a house credit will be issued onto the account. Should a distribution partner want to return items, please contact us directly as we honor returns up to 6 months at a 15% restocking fee.

Canceling Orders:

Orders for items that are eligible for return may be canceled. For more information about item eligibility, please see our return policy. Orders may be canceled as follows...

Orders that will be shipped to the customer may be canceled up to 24 hours after the order is placed because within 24 hours of placing your order the shipping process will begin. Once the shipping process has started orders can no longer be canceled. Customers may return eligible items once they have been received. To cancel an order that will be shipped please contact 716-667-9211.

Please Note: In-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of an order being placed.

Items that are still in production may be canceled up until the shipping process has begun. Product shipping times may vary. Please contact an Atitan Instruments representative by email or phone, Orders@atitan.com or 716-667-9211, with any questions or concerns.

Warranty – All A. Titan products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Any product found to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at A. Titan’s discretion, at no charge.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or use of instruments beyond their intended purpose or design limitations. Please review the limited warranty information below for additional details. Any modification or alteration to an instrument—whether performed by A. Titan at the customer’s request or by any third party—will void this warranty.

All warranty claims must be submitted directly to A. Titan through the link provided below.  Shipping and handling charges are not covered under warranty, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Limited Lifetime Warranty - Instruments showing wear from normal use are not considered defective and are not covered under this warranty. Routine maintenance services, including sharpening and minor tip repair, are excluded from warranty coverage.
Maintenance & Repair Services:

·       Scissor sharpening: $40

·       Scaler sharpening: $5 per end

·       Re-tipping of scalers, curettes, probes, and explorers: $10 per end

Modifying or re-tipping an instrument, or failure to follow proper cleaning, care, and maintenance procedures, may void this warranty.

Please note: A. Titan services and sharpens only A. Titan and D-Sharp instruments.
